Referral Policy Agreement

Introduction

quicksilicon.in (referred to as "Quicksilicon", "we", "us", or "our") provides hands-on courses for electronics engineers. As part of our commitment to fostering a vibrant community and rewarding our loyal customers, we offer a referral program ("Referral Program") where existing users can refer new individuals to subscribe to our courses. This Referral Policy Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the Referral Program.

1. Participation Eligibility

1.1 Participation in the Referral Program is open to all existing users of Quicksilicon who have an active subscription.

1.2 To participate, users must have their UPI (Unified Payments Interface) ID updated in their user profile on quicksilicon.in.

2. Pre-requisites

2.1 Referrers must have an active subscription to a course on quicksilicon.in.

2.2 Referrers must have their UPI (Unified Payments Interface) ID updated in their user profile on quicksilicon.in.

2.3 Quicksilicon currently supports UPI payouts only. UPI id must be registered in India.

2.5 Referrers must not engage in any activities that violate the terms of service of quicksilicon.in.

2.6 Quicksilicon reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer found to be engaging in prohibited activities and withhold any associated payouts.

3. Referral Process

3.1 Existing users ("Referrers") will receive a unique referral code on their user dashboard, that they can share with potential new subscribers ("Referees").

3.2 When a Referee subscribes to a course using the Referrer's unique referral code, the Referrer becomes eligible for a payout.

3.3 The Referrer will receive a payout equivalent to 10% of the referred course amount.

3.4 Payouts will be made to the Referrer's provided UPI ID.

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts will be processed on the last day of every month.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1 Referrers are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities to generate referrals.

5.2 Quicksilicon reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer found to be engaging in prohibited activities and withhold any associated payouts.

5.3 Referrers must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities to generate referrals.

6. Modification and Termination

6.1 Quicksilicon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2 In the event of termination, all unpaid referral earnings will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Quicksilicon shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participating in the Referral Program.

7.2 Quicksilicon's total liability under this Referral Policy Agreement shall not exceed the total payout amount owed to the Referrer.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the Referral Program, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Referral Policy Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Referral Policy Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

By participating in the Referral Program, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Referral Policy Agreement. Quicksilicon reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, and it is the responsibility of users to regularly review the terms for updates.
