Buffering

Design a module which would buffer incoming AXI stream responses and give them out as valid ready requests. Each AXI stream transfer must be given out on the valid ready interface before the next AXI stream transfer can be processed unless the target device is in OFF mode. Each AXI stream transfer will be associated with a 3-bit device ID. Out of the 8 possible device IDs only device with ID 5 can be in OFF mode. It is expected that all of the other devices will always be in ON mode. The module gets the operating mode information for device ID 5 as an input.
