A parallel-in serial-out circuit is used to generate a serial output from a parallel input. The circuit takes in the parallel data and produces output serially.

Design a parameterized parallel-to-serail convertor as per the given interface requirements. All the flops (if any) should be positive edge triggered with asynchronous resets.

p_valid_i : Parallel valid input to the convertor p_data_i : N-bit parallel data input to the convertor p_ready_o : Parallel ready output from the convertor

s_valid_o : Serial valid output from the convertor s_data_o : Serial data output from the convertor s_ready_i : Serial ready input to the convertor
