YARP Control

Need those mux selects before connecting it all together

So far the YARP core has most of the unit designed for performing a specific operation. The instruction memory fetches the instruction bits from the memory while the decode unit decodes it and the ALU executes it. However, each of these units needs some set of inputs to help control the operation they need to perform. For example the ALU unit can perform variety of operations based on the op type input. This is where the control unit comes into the picture. The control unit would help drive these signals correctly and it would also decide how the data for each instruction moves across the various sub-units supported by the YARP core. The control unit is one of the critical unit of the processor as it helps decides the operation which each of the supported instruction should perform. As a result the control unit is aware of all of the supported instructions and their operations.
